Our production platform is built around Properzi continuous casting and rolling lines, engineered by Continuus-Properzi in Italy — the inventor and long-standing benchmark of this technology since the 1940s. In this integrated process, molten aluminium is cast onto a water-cooled wheel, exits as a continuous bar, and feeds directly into the rolling mill while still hot. By eliminating ingot casting and reheating, we produce finished 9.5 mm rod within minutes, with lower energy consumption and precise control of grain structure, conductivity, and mechanical strength from furnace to coil.

Built on this industrial backbone, our advanced R&D program turns metallurgical research into high-value products. A landmark result is the first industrial production of ER5356 aluminium welding wire in Iran. Through optimized alloy chemistry, controlled solidification, precision drawing, and final heat treatment, we achieved a wire with high tensile strength, excellent ductility, superior corrosion resistance, and stable arc performance — fully aligned with international standards. This achievement not only localizes a strategic product previously dependent on imports, but also demonstrates our ability to innovate at scale and deliver consistent, world-class performance across advanced aluminium alloys.
