We treat conductivity and mechanical strength as guaranteed propertiescontrolled at the melt and verified on every batch, not assumed from raw-material grade.

In-house laboratory & testing

  • Chemicaloptical-emission spectrometry for full composition and impurity profile.
  • Electricalresistivity / conductivity (% IACS) measurement.
  • Mechanicaltensile, yield, elongation; wrap and ductility tests.
  • Dimensional & surfacediameter, ovality and surface-quality inspection.

The metallurgy edge

Trace transition metals (V, Ti, Cr, Zr) depress conductivity even at high purity. We control them with boron / AlBtreatment, so EC rod reaches its conductivity target and 6201 alloy wire reaches both high conductivity and full tensile strengththe difference between the right alloy and the right conductor.

Standards we build and test to

Aluminium rod (ASTM B233 · EN 1715-2), AAC, AAAC, ACSR and OPGW (IEC 61089, ASTM, EN 50182/50183, DIN, BS, IEEE 1138, ITU-T G.652/G.655), and welding wire (AWS A5.10 · ISO 18273). DIN 48201-5 governs conductor construction; VDE 0210 governs line installationwe keep them distinct.

ISO 9001 quality-management certification and TAVANIR (Iran's power utility) approval, backed by product type-test reports available on request.
